- ddddttttsssshhhhuuuuttttddddoooowwwwnnnn shuts down (restarts) the system after shutting down the
- desktop. This command is used by the _S_h_u_t _D_o_w_n _S_y_s_t_e_m and _R_e_s_t_a_r_t _S_y_s_t_e_m
- tasks on the toolchest(1X) _S_y_s_t_e_m menu.
-
- OOOOPPPPTTTTIIIIOOOONNNNSSSS
- ----gggg <_g_r_a_c_e__p_e_r_i_o_d>
- allows the super-user to change the number of seconds from the 60-
- second default. By default both the _S_h_u_t _D_o_w_n _S_y_s_t_e_m and _R_e_s_t_a_r_t
- _S_y_s_t_e_m tasks use a grace period of zero.
-
- ----iiii <_i_n_i_t__s_t_a_t_e>
- specifies the state that init(1M) is to be put in following the
- warnings, if any. By default, system state "0" is used.
-
- Supported init_states are: 0, 1, s, S, 6
-
- Please see shutdown(1M) for more details.
-
-
- ----pppp If the new _i_n_i_t__s_t_a_t_e is 0, then ----pppp requests that the power be
- turned off after the system is shut down. Only some systems support
- this.
-
-
- ----wwww "_h_r:_m_i_n(_a_m|_p_m) _d_a_y"
- request that system power back on at a future time. Please see
- wakeupat(1m). Also, note that '-w' takes a single argument, enclosed
- in quotes.
-
- For example:
-
- -w "5:30pm Monday"
